By email with a secure customer link. Reminders are scheduled automatically – and stop by themselves as soon as your customer decides or the quotation expires.
No account, no download: your customer opens their personal link, reviews the quotation and accepts it with one click. You are notified straight away.
One click turns the yes into a job with a date and an owner. The dashboard shows what is open, accepted, due or overdue.
One click turns the completed job into the invoice: numbered consecutively, as an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD) with a GiroCode. Payments and overdue invoices are always in view.

No. AngebotPilot is a tool for creating and managing quotations. The software calculates according to your settings, but it does not check whether VAT rates, the small business scheme (§ 19 UStG) or the reverse-charge procedure apply in your case, and it does not provide legal or tax advice. You are responsible for the content of your quotations – if in doubt, please ask your tax adviser.
Yes. Invoices are created with one click from a job or an accepted quotation, or you write them from scratch. When issued, an invoice receives the next consecutive number and is locked; corrections are made with a cancellation invoice. The PDF contains the structured invoice data in ZUGFeRD format (profile EN 16931) – so it meets the requirements for an e-invoice between businesses in Germany. You can also download the XML file separately. Payments, part payments and payment reminders are managed right on the invoice. AngebotPilot is currently not designed for invoices to public-sector clients that require the XRechnung format. If in doubt, check mandatory details and tax treatment with your tax adviser.
No, it is not a qualified electronic signature within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation. Via their personal link, your customer makes a documented declaration: AngebotPilot stores the name they enter, the time and an optional message. This is a traceable record of the acceptance. Where the law requires a particular form (for example the written form), online acceptance does not replace it.
The application server (API) and database are operated by MonsterASP.NET in data centres in Germany/the EU. The web app itself – only the program code, not your data – and this website are delivered via GitHub Pages. We send emails via a mail server of netcup GmbH in Germany. You will find all details in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Yes. There are no charges during the pilot phase – you can stop using AngebotPilot at any time. Customers, quotations and jobs can be exported as CSV. You delete your account directly in the app under Settings → My account → Delete account. Please export any records you are required to keep beforehand. More on the Delete account page.
The Android and iOS apps are in preparation and not yet available in the app stores. Until then, you can use AngebotPilot in your browser – the web app is optimised for smartphones and tablets as well.
No. Your customers receive a personal link with an expiry date and can view, accept or decline the quotation without registering.
Nothing. The trial is free for 30 days, and nothing is billed at all during the pilot phase. The plan prices shown are provisional. We will let you know in good time before paid plans start – you will never be moved to a paid plan automatically without your consent.
